Hardelima joined Sidabukke & Partners Law Firm since March 2019 with expertise in general corporate law, merger and acquisition, and the foreign investment sector. Hardelima also actively involved in foreign companies (PT Penanaman Modal Asing) and Joint Venture Company establishment, especially in the medical, construction, mining, wholesale, international trade, courier, and post activities business sector.

Hardelima graduated from Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University in 2019.  Prior entering the professional career Hardelima was a member of Moot Court Community in Parahyangan Catholic University which focused on Indonesia court proceeding simulation. During this period Hardelima and her colleague representing the Parahyangan Catholic University and successfully won the 1st place national moot court competition regarding the Corruption in Indonesia.

Hardelima is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. She is also a certified legal auditor member of Asosiasi Auditor Hukum Indonesia, and has already passed the Prospect Lawyer Special Education (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) and currently waiting to be summoned as a registered advocate.
