Lutgardis joined Sidabukke & Partners Law Firm since November 2021 with expertise in line with her major, she is an associate with a focus on general corporate law and both of domestic and foreign investment sector.

Lutgardis also actively involved and exposed in foreign companies (PT Penanaman Modal Asing) establishment, and assisted numerous legal matters for clients from payment services provider, medical, financial technology, construction, power plant, energy, natural resource and mining industry sector. Prior joining Sidabukke & Partners Law Firm, she was as associate at a law firm in which she assisted clients in several projects of Initial Public Offering, merger and acquisition deals, and other corporate matters.

She graduated from Universitas Agung Podomoro in 2020, majoring in Business Law with a cumlaude predicate. Prior entering the professional career, Lutgardis was participated in Jessup Moot Court Competition for National Round; and in the National Mediation Competition held by Supreme Court.

Lutgardis has good communication skills with English proficiency in spoken and written, and she has already passed the BAR examination from PERADI. Currently, she is waiting to be summoned as a registered advocate.
