Ijlal Falih Dwianto graduated from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, where Dwianto was awarded the title of Outstanding Graduate in Business Law. Dwianto works in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and Arabic.

Prior to joining Sidabukke, Dwianto worked with a Chinese law firm, where Dwianto advised on permanent legal advisory, M&A transactions, corporate compliance, due diligence, and other related services supporting the overseas investments of numerous China Fortune 500 companies and Chinese companies in Indonesia.

Dwianto has served many enterprises in their investment matters in Indonesia, providing legal advice for projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Dwianto's practice covers foreign investment law, M&A transactions, corporate law, labour law, construction law, and mining law in Indonesia, providing Dwianto with comprehensive insight into both transactional and regulatory landscapes.
