Deric earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law Tarumanagara University in 2023, majoring in Business Law. During his time at the university, he actively participated in student organizations such as Student Representative council with his last position as deputy head of the legislation commission. Deric has excellent communication skills in Bahasa, English and Chinese both spoken and written. He has also passed the BAR examination from PERADI and is currently waiting to be summoned as a registered advocate.

Prior to joining Sidabukke & Partners in August 2025, he worked at Chinese state owned company at Sinotrans as a Corporate Legal Specialist. Deric had expertise in general corporate law specially for Property and Shipping & Logistics section, he also actively assisted in litigation cases such as bankruptcy proceedings, civil court litigations, manpower and industrial disputes, and criminal case. Deric is also proficient in legal drafting and creating other essential legal documents.
